Your daily routine with intermittent fasting
Triple the support with three different Fastic fasting methods. Let’s play with some numbers here:
Kick it off: 14/10
You have a 14 hour fasting window, and eat within 10 hours of the day. During the fasting period you may only consume water and unsweetened tea or coffee. This method is suitable for an easy start or for the weekend. Fasting between, for example, 8pm and*** 10am is surprisingly easy for many people, especially since the majority of the fasting period occurs during sleeping hours. If you find you can cope well with this method and want to extend your intermittent fasting, you are ready for the next stage.
Getting more serious: 16/8
This method means 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating. Again, about half of the time you will be fasting will be spent sleeping and resting. Don't care much for breakfast? Perfect! Simply eat your first meal at noon and allow yourself to eat until 8 pm. Naturally, other time windows are possible, however, this is individual to your preferences and circumstances.
Practiced and experienced: 20/4
This method is also known as the Warrior Diet and, you guessed it, means 20 hours fasting and 4 hours eating. It is suitable if you want to lose more weight, or have more intense cleansing and detoxification goals. However, as a long term solution, we recommend either the 14/10 or 16/8 intermittent fasting method. Don’t worry, you will be able to achieve your goals with any of these methods.
Take your time to find your own best way, and remember: you can also use a combination of these different methods! This gives you flexibility, because not every day is the same.
